Program Management
Customers rely on us to monitor their forecasts and ship certified product on a JIT basis. In addition to machining prototypes and production parts we provide NADCAP compliant finishing treatments, heat treating and other processes.
Machining Capabilities
We perform CNC turning, 4- and 5-axis high-speed milling with high pressure thru-the-tool coolant capability and EDM machining operations.
Programming/Processing
We use SolidWorks and CAMWorks to quote and manufacture directly from customer CAD files and 3D models. Our engineers can import and translate all popular CAD file formats, including Unigraphics and Catia. We achieve your expectations by applying 6-Sigma and other productivity tools.
Materials Knowledge
Some of the materials we machine are Aluminum, Aluminum Bronze, Cobalt L605, HASTELLOY, Carbon Steel, INCONEL, MONEL, Stainless Steel, Titanium, WASPALOY. In addition to bar, plate and sheet stock we specialize in machining castings and forgings.
